|The Angel Oak Tree|
She is one of Charleston's lesser known jewels. While I lived there I met people that didn't know she existed. I entered more information detailing size and age on my other post-Arm of Angel Oak-
The entire area around the tree is very heavily mulched. They must go through a small fortune just keeping the mulch thick!
It was impossible to get the entire tree in my frame. There was no cropping and I only sharpened just a bit. Hope you enjoy this POV

What an interesting tree, I've never seen anything like it before. I like that the trunk is slightly off-centre. Good notes too, thanks for sharing.
nice tree, which oak is it ? TFS Ori
beautiful tree.it a wonderful shot!
Hello Laura...I like the POV in this one...I've been to the Angel Oak many times myself and it is difficult at best to get enough of this majestic beauty for a worthy shot. I'm not sure if I would have sharpened this one...adds to the "graininess". What software do you use?
