You've really come a long way on TN since you discovered insects and your range of posts these days is most impressive! This is a beautiful capture of this dragonfly in a fine pose with great focus on the eyes. Great sharpness and fine colours. I like the shape and shine of the wings and the dark background. A very sharp capture. Nice wing details. A sense of perception is only aided by the eye and knowledge. The perch is unusual and not grabbing for attention. It is almost as an Eagle on the top of a barren tree.
