First of all I want to thank all of you who did gave me a warm welcome and lots of very kind words in the comments to my first upload yesterday. Much appreciated!!!!
This shot of a brown bear has been made by me on top of Brooks falls at Katmai National Park in Alaska. The bear just cought a fish wich is'nt to happy with that as you can see on his facial expression :)
Luckely the fish died fast by the strong bite of the bear.
Best regards, Harry

Hello Harry,
If I didn't welcome you yesterday I welcome you now. An excellent image of this Bear. The image is of such good quality, great action shot. I'm impressed, I will be looking forward to viewing some more of you photo's, keep up the great quality.

Hi Harry.
Wow, amazing detail, excellent image of just how it is.
It sure is incredible, as you have shown how the bears perch at the very top of the falls and manage to keep their balance in the fast water. Welcome to TN.

Hoi Harry,

Hi Harry,
a very fine picture with great action of this fishing bear.
The details and sharpness are very good and the DOF as well.
The colours and contrast are aslo nice, you did a good scanning job.
Well done.

One more action shot in high quality, Harry!
Alaska is the place I have plan to visit one day :)

Another great picture. I am really surprised that you got this one with an 70-200 mm. Don't tell me you used the 70 mm with your feet in the water ;-)
Looking forward for more pictures and critiques (they are most welcome!)

Hi Harry,
Once again...a winner!
Same critique as yesterday...
I see it is captured back in 03. Do you shoot digital nowadays? Perfect scanning skills by the way...

Hello Harry,
Excellent catch for both photographer and beast. I think this is a classic shot that has been well executed, camera settings could'nt be better. Welcome to TN. :)

Hello Harry,
A classic from the Brooks Falls that's as good as any I've seen from Katmai. Great detail, esp. on the bear's fur. Regards,

A stunning nature shot with great action of rushing water and the movement of the bear. Exposure is perfect producing rich natural colors of bear. Focus is excellent with great detail and there is nice DOF. Great title.

Hello again Harry,
This is another beautiful wild life shot! You seem to have been quite close to catch this kind of expression on the fish face @ 200mm :) Again, POV, composition, exposure and action are superb. This must be impressive to see those great animals in the wild. Thanks,

Such a nice follow up of a critter I would probably never see in the wild for myself. The exposure handling really impressed me. Your water and the darker areas of the bear is perfect. Very well done.

Hola Harry,
Otra espectacular belleza por la imagen y el momento capturado, TFS. Saludos
José Ramón
