[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Photographed at MacKerricher State Park in Cleone, CA, this juvenile Double-crested Cormorant spent most of Christmas Eve drying its wings in the mists created by a combination of the ocean and fog. There were Brown Pelicans, Harbor Seals, California Sea Lions and a few Pelagic Cormorants hanging around that day; a Brown Pelican shot from this day will be uploaded in the next couple of days.

Hi Feather,

This is a nice shot of this bird, I really like the pose, its refreshing! Sad though that it is not particularly sharp but the colours and the composition are great. Well captured. TFS!
