Passeriformes: Corvidae: Corvus corax?

Note the tuft of hair/feathers on beak and the larger size of the beak characteristic of Ravens, but not Crows. This specimen is about 25 inches long. I have posted a number of other poses in workshop.

Hello Mike,
I really like the shot of this Raven as he strolls along the waters edge. Excellent eye contact obtained and exposure is right on the money. The detail especially around the head is great. Only wish you could have gotten all the tail and wing feathers into the frame.
