[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
While driving down from the peak of Mount Evans, two mountain goats approached the roadway. I pulled over, grabbed my camera, and began shooting. They were very tolerant of my presence(and others who subsequently pulled over.) I waited for them (or at least one of them) to move to the edge of the rocky cliff, hoping for the classic pose. This was as close as it got.

good work, really great photo
it makes a nice impresion :)
i like the effect of bg

Hi Matt,
This photo must have been a challenge to get higher up than this mountain goat. Nice detail and colours. I like how the background is a bit out of focus, it really shows how high you really are. Janice

Great POV and framing - they really make this a very effective shot!

Hi Matt,

Why don't I have a shot like that!!!? Really cool! I'm glad you waited for him to stand on the cliff edge. I think the impact of the image would be enhanced with some sharpening of the foreground rocks and goat. I tried it and liked it.

Thanks for sharing
