And just a great image. Well done.

hi Blake,

it's a beautiful landscape! i wish i could be there... that deep blue sky with those Cumulus clouds are very soothing to eyes... only the green part looks dull and pale... as if lifeless... can you tell me why? the season itself? or your exposure?
tried a bit photoshop. but you may not like it... just hope you didn't mind :)
and if we can forget photography, it's a beautiful place.. truly!
keep posting.

Hello Blake, and welcome to TN.
This is definitely an attractive area with it's majestic mountains lined with deep green pines and surrounded by sage colored grasslands.
Love the natural colors and excellent exposure achieved in this beautiful image. This photo brings back wonderful memories from a vacation we took a few years ago as we traveled through Idaho.

Hello, Welcome to TN. Your photograph is a wonderful landscape image of the mountains and wilderness. Great to know there are still so many uninhabited areas still. Nice exposure choice to provide sharpness and detail.
