[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this image of this "unknown" flower with my 90mm F2.5 macro without any filters. I was hiking through the trail 400 that follows the freeway I-84 from the Columbia River Gorge's beginning at the west side through its end at the eastern borders of its length. This lone flower of this species was all that had bloomed at the location and was standing tall at the trail's edge.
I can not find this flower in my flower guide of the Columbia River Gorge so any help would be appreciated.
Thank You

Hola Steven: sorry, me not to know about this flower but I mean you that I like the effect and color achieved in the composition, I like it: that effect of the velvet and frosted coloring. Cordial greetings. *Ninfa Urania*

Hi, Stven.
I'm not able to give you a 100% ID, but I think your flower is a Geranium specie.
Great colours.

Regards, Petru
