|This is a pond on the eastern fringes of Cascade Locks, 35 miles east of Portland, Oregon along Interstate 84. I had captured all the seasons for this pond except a winter scene that I have now added to my collection. The best time to photograph the pond is in October when all the trees along the bank turn very bright yellows and reds, and of course the Cascades in the background and a deep blue sky.|

Hello Steven! Amazing mountain. Beautiful snow. Nice colors. Good shot. Regards!
An absolute beautiful and serene landscape photo you have posted. I just love the mirror image of the mountains and the trees in the water. The whole sight is just filled with a contagious tranquillity, and my eyes find it difficult to leave the image. I like the different shapes and types and colours of the trees. It was a real bliss to look at. Thanks for sharing.
I enjoy your shots Steven because they are so often of scenes in my own "backyard". We are going up into the Oregon Cascades either tomorrow or Sunday.... depends on the weather. There should be lots of snow.
This is a nice shot with lots of interesting elements to look at. I like all the different layers. The image looks a little oversharpened on my monitor (halos along high contrast edges)

Hi Steven, this is a beautiful landscape, very well composed with so much natural light. It is ravishing!
