[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Mt. Hood from Larch Mountain, the highest point in the Columbia River Gorge at over 5,000 feet. Last week there was no snow on the peak, but after a few days of rain in Portland I see Mt. Hood actually appears to be Mt. Hood again.

Hello Steven,
You have presented Mt. Hood from an attractive vantage point. The colorful leaves in the foreground make a wonderful framework which opens up into this gorgeous view. Looks like you had some pretty harsh light to deal with, but you captured the shot perfectly. Makes me want to come out and see it for myself!!

Hello Steve
wow the colours from Larch Mountain are stunning and what a view! Composition is good and details are sharp. Mount Hood is an impressive mountain.
