The sun was starting to set, the rocks glowing a redish color, the sand is very coarse and orange colored here at one of my favorite parks on the Oregon Coast, Fogarty Creek.

Nicely exposed and composed photo. It looks just a little oversharpened to me but I'm beginning to think that may be because of my large LCD monitor. Have you walked north from Toketee beach? Great tidepools during a minus tide (minus one foot is best). I got some really nice photos there. It is a beach that is hard to find on the maps but it is marked on the highway. It is just north of the Heceta Head Lighthouse.
