|I took these beautiful wildflowers that are the Indian Paintbrush--Red--Shooting Stars--Pink--and the yellow flowers I'm not sure of, on the McNeil Point Loop Trail on Mt. Hood in Oregon. The meadows in the middle of August are filled with multitudes of flowers and offer a spectacular display to those willing to hike the seven miles of this trail. The Bald Mountain Trail is a must see as it offers views of Mt. Hood that you can not see from the McNeil Trail, such as the canyon with the glacier carvings that are visible, and the numerous waterfalls spilling over high cliffs into the beginning of the Sandy River on the flanks of Mt. Hood. The wildflowers along the Bald Mountain Trail are collected across the steep hillside that drops to the valley's base, and within the rock gardens that rise at your shoulder.|

Thanks for sharing!
The colors on this flower garden are very nice. I love all the different kinds of flowers here, I can get a better picture of just what this trail will look like this summer. Well done.
