[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I am posting this on the one year anniversary of joining Treknature. I wasn't sure what catagory to post in, but since I took this at the end of the beach I was walking on I decided on Seascape.

It was early morning and my family and I walked clear to the end of this beach we were on. The sun was peaking over the cliffs behind us and seemed to make the cliff rocks glow this beautiful golden color. I tried to capture the moon in this shot but wasn't sure I had accomplished that until I opened it up on the computer.

I've had so much fun on this site...I only wish I could capture the spectacular bird shots so many here do, but without upgrading equipment I'll just have to stick to fungi and landscapes I guess.

Thank you to everyone who has helped me improve my photography and here's to another year of fun and excitement!

Superb landscape shot! I love the composition of this photo. Very dramatic. The colors are beautiful and well saturated. Nice sharp detail, and great DOF. Great clarity!
