This is another photo of the Swainson Hawk, this time the parent is feeding the chick that is "also" peering at me from behind its parents leg. A beautiful bird of prey that is most common in dry open areas of Eastern Oregon.

Very nice deep, bright blue sky provides a wonderful background to all the action here. The bird's feathers are very clear, I like the bright green leaves also, well done.
