I spotted these Ewes about 1/4 mile from the roadway up a canyon alongsdide the Snake River as they were working their way down to my location. I had parked alongside the road and was watching for any sign of them and once they spotted me they came running for tobacco, that they plead and beg for when they approach someone. One item to remember, do not allow the rams to push their weight up against you when you are standing near your car! The will not beg and plead, they will run over the top of you and take what they want. In this image the Ewes were about 200 yards distant and I used Fujichrome 100 with my 500mm 4.5 and a 1.4 teleconvertor.
Sorry they are so far away, but I will post some that are mere feet away from me soon. |
