Three Fingered Jack
 |
|
[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is Three Fingered Jack in the Central Oregon Cascades, an extinct volcano. The trees in the middle ground were caught in a huge fire that began from a lightening strike a few years back and swept across the landscape for weeks and orders for evacuation were issued to the local residents. |

Hi Steven,
your my neighbour.
I thought first an photo from the Matterhorn.
Then I read and it are taken in Oregon.
Good pov but the snow on the mountain looks overexposure.
Nice warm autum colours.

Hello Steven, my upstair neighbour!
You had the same idea!! Mountains and trees. Interesting to see the differences! The shape of this Three-fingered Jack is very impressive and the trees also. They look quite different from ours. Your picture is presented like a painting, I think that was the effect you had the intention to reach.
Hope you are well and I send you "mes meilleures pensées".
