[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Another image of my wild but tamed down Stellar Jay that comes and begs for peanuts each and every day. Just to note, Stellar Jays and Blue Jays mate together, but I have yet to see any differences in their offspring than what one would expect if they were to mate within their own kind. We have three sets of mating Jays that come to beg for peanuts, and now, only one Stellar Jay and one Blue Jay come daily on a routine, at a set time in late morning, and again in the latter hours of the evening. This tells me they have an active nest site. |
