[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Balanced rock sits on top of a pedestal 53 feet from the base. Balanced rock is roughly 100 feet wide and 100 feet tall. From below balanced rock there are nice views looking to both the north and west.

The picture was taken early in the morning, from this view, this is the best time to take the picture of these rocks formation where the shades of red in the sandstone all that much more vibrant.

Hi Stephan,
Excellent landscape shot! The early morning light has a real soft quality here. Awesome rock formation!

Hi Stephan

What a great looking formation. Wonderful rich colour. Very nice work. TFS

Hi Stephen,

Nice shot, warm colours, the shadows add to its DOF. TFS

Hi Stpehan,
The morning light is really beautiful. It gave the rock formation a beautiful warm feeling. The rock formation is beautiful as well. I am not that font of the color of the frame you've used. It claims to much attention.

Beautiful colours!
Nice composition.
The time and light also help with showing the details in the rock formations.
Nice work

Quite an amazing formation of rocks! The early light does look good and until I read your notes I thought the rocks were quite small. Very interesting, thank you
