Here is another view of Majestic Mount Shuksan. The name in Native American means "precipitous" and those peaks certainly look it. This is taken from Picture Lake, and apt description since the entire trail invites you to stop and give a landscape shot a try.

This looks like a beautiful setting for a hiking trip. The uneven exposure is a little disappointing. This scene would be a good candidate for bracketing and merging the images on the computer.
