Great colours and DOF make this a very intersting picture.
I know where you were standing to take this photo. Actually, you were standing in my footsteps. Sharpness and colors are perfect. I would be tempted to crop out the building on the right.

The foreground makes the composition interesting, it is giving it direction.

There are no shortage of subjects to photograph in Yellowstone! You presented this one well. It is so sharp throughout. The exposure is well managed. I like the POV with the long approach to the geyser.
