|Small geyser in Yellowstone National Park. When we drove into the parking area, this little geyser was sputting and spouting intermittently 2-3 feet at a time. I waited and caught it at its peak in one of its higher blows. It was indeed a beautiful place. This is very close to the famous geyser Old Faithful ... just south of the highway from the Old Faithful parking entrance. I believe the Emerald pool is just behind where I am taking this photo.|

Very impressive scene filled with gorgeous colors and fine detail. Looks like you timed your shot for it's peak eruption.
I remember vividly the interesting geysers we saw while visiting a few years back as well as the strong sulfur smell from some of them.
