Hi Scott,
We should start a theme of Punk Rocker birds :-) I've never seen an Egret look like this before. Superb detail you've captured and excellent colours, very warm and rich. I think given the lack of reflection a tighter crop would let us see more of that excellent detail but just a suggestion, I love it the way it is. Great image.

Hi Scott,

This is just great - I love it! Besides the wonderful pose and marvelous hair-do it is a fantastic shot. The details are magnificent - every feather stands out (as well as up). The face is priceless and what a look in his eye. Excellent colors, nice reflections and the color of the water makes a perfect backround.

Another masterpiece from you, my friend! You managed to capture here a splendid pose of a very very beautiful bird!
The colors here are simply outstanding - especially on its head and neck and the contrast between the vivid colors creates this awesome effect. I love it!!!
