i feel it is a very tightly composed picture. i.e, you have croppped tightly...you could have left some space in all directions

Hi Tabatha,

What a lovely looking bird and I agree with you that they are very cute. The subtle colours are stunning and I love the tuft. The great pov, depth of field, detail and composition make this a great shot, but you have also captures the bird in a lovely pose too. Love it.

What a beauty! I have tried many times to capture this cute fellow with no result! I don't see them often and when I do, they are too fast moving or too far. This is an excellent portrait, very close and detailed. I love its pose and exposure. This is wonderful!
