- Had been to my brother's place "Hartford" in Connecticut. Beautiful place to visit in spring and summer season. Lot of green trees and trails to enjoy.

- Took this snap while walking along a trail, the butterfuly was mudpudelling in the warm afternoon.

Hello Ashok,
Great shot, very clear photo full of colours and light.Bravo.
Regards Siggi

Hi Ashok,
nice, lively, sunny picture of this impressingly beautiful swallowtail. By the way: it is not Papilio machaon, the "Common Yellow Swallowtail", that you captured here so well drinking water at the river, but the considerably larger

"Eastern Swallowtail" Papilio glaucus.

With thanks, and best regards,
Peter
