Hey it's a beauty Rick...and good morning neighbor...I have an image next to you. Good thing it isn't that way now or you would be here:-)
Boy oh boy can I see fall in the foliage. And a good thing this one is where he is..photo op'ing...instead of running. Season opens soon! Mule deer are cool are they not? we had plenty of them up in the wilderness...Great show!

Welcome home Rick and Lucy. I can see by all your photo's you and a great trip. Isn't this a nice image of your buck grazing amongst the fall colour. It looks like a nice warm day.
A nice dedication to Evelynn.

Nice dedication to a nice person with a more than interesting photo gallery. Somehow her Yellowstone autumn impressions will
be missed here.

Glad you and Lucy are home safe and sound after what sounds like a terrific trip. This Mule Deer looks very happy at his buffet lunch. Always surprises me to see autumn scenes while we are still having summer.

A lovely moment captured of this young muley.
The light is lovely and the scene has a wonderful glow.
Well focused with very good detail.
I love the look of the foreground foliage.

Very nice photo of this healthy looking forkhorn Rick,
You captured him in a very relaxed pose, seems not to have a care in the world at the moment.
Good sharp detail and beautiful fall colors. TFS

A great present for our mutal friend. I do hope that she will recover soon and do have a change to see some of the great fall season. I know she's thiking about a photo drive trip and maybe this way she will get to show us some of the splendor.
The photo is a beauty. I love how the light is shining on these wonderful colored plants and how you captured the velvet texture of the deer.

A delightful early autumn capture of a Mule Deer taken in great side-lighting.
I'm sure Evelynn would appreciate this and we all hope that she recovers soon.
