This past weekend my wife and I went to Lexington to celebrate our 14th anniversary. We went to Natural Bridge, did some biking, horseback riding and canoeing.

Hello Michael, First of all Happy Anniversary to you and your wife. It sounds as if you two enjoyed yourselves.
I like your shot overall as it tells the story of a lone Canada Goose defending his territorial rock in a fairly swift moving river. The subject is off center right which looks good and even though he is a little distance from the camera, you still managed to capture some pretty fair detail.
The only thing I think I would have done differently would be to crop so there was more distance in front of the subject and less behind it, thus keeping it from the middle of the frame. Well done!!
