White Throated Sparrow
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|It has been snowing here for the past couple of days and there hasn't been much bird activity at all on campus. I saw this White Throated Sparrow as I was walking down one of the Stony Brook University roads and was able to capture this record photograph. It is one of my very first bird images, and was clicked using a Tamron 70-300mm Di LD lens which I bought used for $70. Under difficult lighting and without a tripod I had to bump up the ISO to 1600, which accounts for the graininess of this image.|

Photo as an image, an interesting technique, interestingly composed, nice colors.
