|Kauai, Hawaii. This is the Hanapepe Canyon. This area used to house a thriving community of Hawaiians (since ancient times) who farmed taro on the fertile slopes. Some of the farms are still in use today.|
I had some fun with HDR toning.
I Increased the detail
I Lightened the shadows to get more depth in the background
I Darkened the highlights so the clouds weren't so overexposed

I can see you are having a great time while in Hawaii. This shot reminds me of the terrain we saw on our drive to Hanna while on Maui. The lush green vegatation filling this valley is simply gorgeous. I love the vertical composition you chose, as it gives us a wonderful look at this beautiful landscape scene. Very attractive !!
I hope you don't mind, but I thought since you were having fun doing some PP of your own, I would like to try some myself.
