Blue Dasher (female) : Type/Look-II
[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
my previous post was on a female Blue Dasher (Pachydiplax longipennis). this dragonfly was also perching nearby along with an immature male Blue Dasher. all of them (three) at the same place. it was almost sunset time. some golden light was falling on them. i had no idea of its ID. i was very confused and had studied a lot. then got to know an interesting fact! the female Blue Dasher had TWO different looks. one, that red-eyed one. and another, this green-eyed. not only the eyes, the body colour also was very different!
it's obvious that male Blue Dashers are extremely lucky ;D |
