|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|During an early morning visit to Snow Canyon State Park, I climbed onto the top of one of the large "petrified" sand stone formations. It was possible to silouette this dead juniper skeleton and some adjacent rabbit brush and delicate grass stems with the early light. Little vegetation grows on these sand stone sculptures but only in rare crevices where some soil accumulates and moisture collects to support its growth. Hope you like.|

A wonderful image with excellent POV but I must say that the foreground could have been darker to give a true silhouette effect.
