|A hike along the McCloud River, heading to Middle Falls, revealed a pair of American Dippers nesting on the far side of the river. I was able to hide in some yet to leaf out alders to capture this shot of the male.|

Your hidding paid of nicely with a great closeup shot of this cute little dipper. Exposure looks good, especially since you were photographing in full sunlight. I like the turbulent look to the water.
Not easy to shoot in such light conditions and You did it well.Great composition,wonderful colours and razor sharp details.Thank You.

This is a really beautiful image with the bird standing out in front of the water. The colours in the image is gorgeous and so true to nature. I very much like the composition and point of view as well as the frame around the bird created by the water. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.
