Hello Bob,
You are so correct we normally one receive one chance in our photography at subjects that pass near us. Alike in our beliefs in God, we have one life, and in that one life we each must become the better person in the eyes of all we meet. My 3rg manuscript, titled; "The Winds of Change," begins the downslide of mankind once the west was taken from the Chinook and all the Nations of the Native Americans. The Earth of yesterday is not the Earth of today, with the encroachment of man into the regions of the world once untouched by the many has brought The Winds of Change upon us all. Governments and their wishes for wealth and prosperity; "When I ask, will they ever learn that we have only one Earth?"
I have seen more Canada Geese here overhead from where I live than in most years, I will have to take a journey to the Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge and walk out to the rear areas where I was a nest surveyor and determine just how bad the situation is now regarding wildlife and man's encroachmenmt into their nesting grounds.
Keep strong and keep shooting...
Steve

Hello Bob, a beautiful dedication...Sorry to hear of her passing..
Looks like you do a pretty good job with the over the shoulder shot. The front one as you stated may be just a tad out of the focal plane, but the second one is tac sharp.
Turnbull has been good to you in the past and it appears to still have plenty of photo opportunities left in it.

Hello Bob,
We don't see these geese in my country, but we know them well by the pictures on TN, shown by different members. I'm amazed that you succeeded to make this shot of two flying specimen.
Even not having reached the perfect focus, the attitude of the birds is interesting. And the whole is a very dynamic shot.
Just keep taking some pictures, Bob:-)
Kind regards
Anne

Hi Robert,
The geese are well placed in the frame. The point of view is showing the détails and colors of the Canadian Geese in flight. The light has a good effct on the colors. Have a nice day.
