It's been a while since I've posted, but figured I'd share a photo I took very recently on Mount Rainier. After a cold night up at 11,000 feet we were turned around by avalanche danger. Fortunately the sun gave us a warm surprise.

Hi Joshua,the atmosphere of this pic is absolutely fantastic! I'm not a mountains fan,but what you show us today is truly magic,what a moment and what a perfect exposure to take in the best way the colors of this spectacular sunrise,great sharpness too,i like it! Nice sunset. For me you could have cut a peace of the snow field - is too prominent.

How nice to see you back after such a long time.
Interesting photo in a peaceful atmosphere. Beautiful colours and a fine composition, although I would have cut a piece of the bottom of the photo.
