|Today was the day to go out with a friend of mine, Robert Davis in the Dalles, Oregon and tour the area in search of old homesteads to which he has all the locations from over 20 years of searching for the best. We began at the White River Falls State Park, a river cascading down from the White Glacier on Mt. Hood to where this spectacular horseshoe falls is located in the midst of the Central Oregon Wheat country. today was the most water I have seen in the past years I have visited the location, and from a 1/4 mile distant one could hear the water churning and see the mist rolling through the sky.|

Such a beautiful waterfall, lovely composition and colour. I love the effect of the water as it cascades down the rocky landscape. There is something soothing about running water. Have a great day.

Well chosen settings to achieve such effect.
