[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
During the spring migration I photographed this Cape May Warbler just after it plucked an insect from beneath a leaf. I look forward to these colorful birds returning each year from the West Indies during the annual migration.

Hi Ron,the quality of this pic is over the top, absolutely fantastic! What a sharpness and what a colors so bright,a great great shot in a difficult location and not easy light too!!! Have a nice week and thanks,Luciano

Hi Ron, my neighbour in the gallery today,
I agree with Luciano, a fantastic photo. Besides those what he mentioned I also like the shallow yet enough DoF. Truly a masterwork. Bravo!
Kind regards from Ireland, László

This is a mind blowing image from your shoot of last spring, Ron. Lucky to have these migrants from West Indies taking a stop-over in Ohio.
The shot is perfect in every respect. The point of view couldn't be better to showcase all the features of the bird with a catch-light in its eye.
I love the colors on it, especially that yellow band around the neck.
Warm regards.

This is a delicious picture! Great color, sharpness, detail, very natural and great composition. I loved it.

Wonderful colors and as usual your technique is perfect - sharp, excellent pose captured. Background sets off the subject perfectly.

Hi Ron,

The branches are framing well the bird. Ther point of view is showing with precision the details of the Cape May Warbler. The good luminosity is enhancing the colours. Have a nice day.

Hi Ron,

it has been said before, it's a fantastic shot. You even got around the DOF problem with the big lense. I assume that you are a keen ornithologist too.
My congratulations! Dietrich
