[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The male Yellow Warbler is one of the most vocal birds found up at Magee Marsh during the spring time migration. Although it is common here in Ohio during the summer months, it is always a special treat to hear their melodious song.

I love their reddish streaked breast and bright yellow color. This is one warbler that is not all that shy of people, stand still in their territory long enough and one is sure to stop by.

The Yellow Warbler loves to nest up at Magee Marsh, probably because the abundance of insects. It is not uncommon to find a few active nests during your trip up to the marsh.
