[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Nashville Warblers were quite plentiful this past week up at Magee Marsh. Most years you are lucky to see a handful of these pretty little warblers, this year however was an exception.

I spent almost a full week birding up at one of the best known migration hot spots in the U.S., Magee Marsh. The first couple of days seemed slow as only a few types of warblers showed up, but the last few days have been very good.

I look forward to my spring trips on the shores of Lake Erie as thousands of bird lovers converge on this fantastic birding territory. Not only warblers are observed as they make their way up north into Canada, but we also see hawks, shore birds, herons, vireos, thrushes and an array of other types of migrating birds

Hi Ron,
how you do it is your secret: getting that close to those small warblers. Yes, I understood that you are a patient birdwatcher and a good photographer. The result is wonderful. Thanks for the useful note and for commenting on my Dipteran.
With my best wishes, Dietrich

Hi Ron,very very sharp capture of this lovely warbler,a fest of colors, with the bird plumage and with the magnificent blurred background too,i like it! Have a nice day and thanks,Luciano

This is a prize shot of a Warbler, Ron. Your patience paid off.
With those camera settings, I'm amazed at the sharpness you have obtained with a fine DOF. Every detail and color on the bird is beautifully captured. The catch-light in the eye completes this picture into a masterpiece.
