[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
A view into the crater of Mt. St. Helens where as I stood at this location a new vent opened in the lower forefront of the crater where one can see the newer rock as it appears to soon flow over the lip of the crater wall.
I will post an image of the opening of the vent in a following post. |

Hello Steven,
Great shot of this well known volcanic crater. I too remember the day it violently erupted killing 57 people.
Wonderful POV giving us a good look at its massive crater. The focus is excellent and the colors are beautiful. Well done!!

Exceptional details here. Foreground colours look quite well but BG again got bluish tone. Not perfect exposure/WB.
