[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This egret spotted a fishing line and lure in the water which it mistook for a fish. It swooped in and chased along the water to try to catch the "fish". No harm was done - the fisherman jerked his line away before the bird wa able to try to make off with it and possibly try to swallow it.

Hi Alan,
Nice shot of an interesting action, great exposure and shutter speed. Pleasant composition, however, I'd give it a look with a vertical frame as well. Good photo, anyway.
Kind regards from Ireland, László

Hello Alan,
Your fast shutter captured the moment in fine detail. You can see it has its eyes fixed on the lure, which I'm glad it didn't catch. Well done!!
