[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This sunset was taken near Cascade Locks, Oregon looking across the Columbia River into Washington State. I used a Tamron 70-210mm F 3.5 lens to take the image at about 70mm. The setting sun and atmosphere the night of this shot was different than what I had seen before in the Gorge, and it made for an interesting look into what the haze and water molecules could produce in he middle of summer.

This looks like a watercolor painting of a gorge sunset. I like the bright sky colors and the dark silouettes of the hillsides.

Lovely sunset.
Colors are incredibles.
Composition is perfect.
Thanks again for sharing your shot!

Steven,

The colours are amazing here and a great contrast between the light and dark colours. The composition is also good. TFS,
Sheriff
