[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Does anyone know why these ferns have so much hair on them at this stage? I know it isn't actually hair, but it looks so similar. Also, what category should this photo be put under? Color > Plants > ????

Hopefully this photo will be a bigger hit than my last fern picture. Like the last one, this was taken during my hike through the Catoctin Mountains.

This is really a nice-looking fern, I've never seen anything like this before. I don't know anything about ferns so I can't answer you about the hairs. The focus on the fern is a bit soft and there are some over exposed areas, and I think I would have cropped a bit differently, but it's a nice photo because it shows something unusual. Well done !
