Mesa Arch
 |
|
[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Canyon Lands NP.
Mesa Arch is a short hike from the main road with big rewards. The arch is not large as arches in the area go, but is unique in that it is on the edge of the plateau with breathtaking vistas below it. Washer Woman can be seen below the arch in the center of the photo. The bottom of the arch glows when the rising sun hits it.
If you go, be sure to be there early to stake out your spot. It has been 'discovered' and is now a popular spot for photographers. |

This is a lovely spot. I remember the first time I visited it there was no path, now as you say it is getting developed. TFS. James

Classic Mesa Arch shot... Not sure if there is another one on TN. Very impressive photo with the orange on the arch. Sharp, clean, good depth of field.
Best,

Hello Allan
Fantastic landscape with great colour, very interesting POV and good DOF. I like also the natural rocky "frame" of picture, well seen in the upper side of photo.
TFS and best greetings,
Radomir
