Same type of flower as is in my other picture, called "Satellite Flowers" (black and white). I don't know what it is, found it on the side of the road.

Hello Brian, sorry but I cannot imeadiatly identiefy this flower, it would help if there was some sence of scale and an idear of what the rest of the plant looked like.
About the thoughts in the rest of the note, maybe it would of been better for that part to be posted to the forums for propper disscussion.
I think you may of missed the main part about TN is the posting of specie / wild types, be they animal or plants, domesticated animals and plants are not considered suitable for posting to TN and that TE and TL are possibly more appropiate. TN was started to give people room to post wildlife shots that were getting submerged in the vast number of images posted daily to TE.
Hope this makes the muddy water a little clearer, if you have any further questions then please feel free to ask,
Yours Robert brown (TN Moderator)

This will be just my comment for the "cultivated plants" subject.

It was discussed so many times that it really surprises me. TN is not a place for cultivated plants. End of story.

When you start TN account you agree to the Terms of Service. You know there are rules and you agree to abide them. So why after a while you are trying to go behind rules?

There is a good way to go out from this situation. It is called TrekLens :-)

I'm sure people there will appreciate the beautiful pictures with spectacular lighting and you won't be frustrated anymore because you can post almost every kind of pictures there :-)

Regards, Monika
