|This was taken at Wentworth Falls in the Blue Mountains National Park along the trail to the Valley of the Waters. Apparently many of the trails in the Blue Mountains National Park were designed in the Victorian era for honeymooners. We were waiting here at the Lyrebird lookout hoping to see some lyrebirds, but instead we found this pair of sulphur-crested cockatoos which are very common and numerous (not to mention loud) in Australia. I was captivated by this display they gave us. Paul took this photo and I cropped and resized in photoshop.|
