[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
These are the 12 Apostles - (well, not technically 12 anymore, since some of them fell down, as you can see one of them in a crumbled heap in the foreground). These interesting rock formations are located in Port Campbell, on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria. I visited this famous tourist attraction on my recent trip. I was determined to get there at dusk, so I could get a different effect than the norm, exposing the shot for 5 seconds, giving a silky, painted look to the water. I hope you like it.

Wonderful shot ! This is a very beautiful landscape, with these rocks coming out of the water. Looks quiet and peaceful. I really like the effect on the water. Excellent details, POV and composition. Very well done !

Well I think you achieved your goal, Claudia. It is a beautiful photograph. The blues are wonderful and the limited palette is very effective here. It ia really nice picture and thanks for sharing it.

The 12 Apostles always fascinate me Claudia. My nephew in Australia took a similar shot some time back during a storm and ever since I have always wanted to know this place. Hopefully I will visit Australia within the next few years. Your exposure on the water has worked well and the scene has a mood to it. Very nice work.

Stunning shot. Love the slow shutter effect. We visited here in 2003 and did the helicoper ride over these magnificent natural structures. Now, back to your shot... excellent quality and great colours. Congrats!
