[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This shot was taken at the Monarto Zoo Park, in South Australia. This park provides free ranging environments for many of the more arid ecotopes around the world.
At this park a large group of giraffes are kept. They are hand fed from a raised viewing platform daily by visitors to the park.
The park provides breeding facilitites for many of it's animals. In the case of the giraffes this has been so sucessful that the male has now been isolated from the herd.
This shot was taken in full afternoon sun. Only minimal post production has been carried out on the picture: converting to JPEG and sizing, and framing. |
Only registered TrekNature members may rate photo notes. |
