[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Carpobrotus belongs to the Mesembs (Ice Plant) plant Family (Mesembryanthemaceae). Most of the species occur in South Africa, A few migrated north to the Mediterranean and east to Australia. This is one of the few Australian species. I wonder how it got there, by see, or before the continents seperated.

Bonjour Ori,
Je pensais que la lumière était trop forte, mais non c'est une très belle macro très finement détaillée et délicatement colorée.
A bientôt sur TN pour de nouvelles aventures.
Gérard

A pair of beautiful individuals expertly captured in sharp focus and natural colours Ori, they look quite similar to the Carpobrotus species we abundantly have around Izmir.
Cheers,
Mehmet

Hello Ori,
Simple gorgeous blooms shown with exceptional detail and beautiful vivid pinkish purple coloration. The f/22 aperture resulted in fantastic DOF and the exposure is right on the money. Great work!!
