Beautiful shot of this cockatoo. Very sharp and nice colours.

Hello Mark,
Very good close up of this cockatoo well captured!
the image is real sharp especially on the plummage with much details
a pleasing image
best regards

Hello Mark,

You have captured this shy looking cockatoo with lovely sharpness. The dof is perfect for capturing the details of the main image but keeping the b/g blurred.
The soft light is landing on her like a small spotlight.

kind regards,
Bev :-)

Hi Mark,
were you flat on the ground clicking this beatiful cockatoo, wow, you must have got pretty near as well isnt it?I like this composition, i love the head that's looking down with some shyness. The details are beautiful and the grass carpet and the OOF BG gives it a wonderful touch.

Thanks for sharing

Hi Mark
Great shot! Lovely detail on the white feathers, nice solumn look on the cockatoo, good saturation and DOF.

I think you've done very well here with this shot. The detail and DOF is very good and the natural background helps as well. If anything, I'd leave a bit more space around the left and top portion of the shot when cropping but besides that, you've got a very nice shot. TFS,

Best Regards,

Hello Mark

A wonderful close up of (to me) a very exotic looking bird.
The white plumage detail is excellent and well exposed.the feathers are well defined.
Excellent POV and DOF.
Great job.

This is an excellent capture. I love the creamy white, the low tilt of his head, not to mention your low POV. Also, nice DOF.

Fantastic image. I beleive its very difficult to keep right exposure for white color subject and here mark you have done this very well. TFS.
