[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Walkervile and Walkerville South are really just locations. They consist of a few homes and a great camping ground on the beach at Walkerville (don't tell anyone) The coast faces east here and it is 50 m walk to the beach to the watch the sun rise across the bay and peep over the distant mountains of Wilson's Promontory. The tide is out and I have walked on the exposed sand and then glanced behind. Always look behind you when a camera is in your hand.

I have not been there but Western Australia is much different then south, well shot wide.

Hi Barry,
You did it great with this square format.
I like a lot the composition proposed, the balance between the elements and the technical excelence of the picture.
Beautiful tones, saturation, proper focus and the gradation on the sky works great.
My compliments and thanks for share.
Best regards,

Hi Barry!

I love this landscape shot.
Good side lighting, that show the sand and rocks texture. The foot prints are the added bonus.
best regards,

It is a grand coastal image Barry. Considering that the footprints are your own, it makes the image more fun. Are you using the Canon 17-85mm? Depth of focus is really good. Perfect exposure too. I like the deep foreground with the smaller rocks leading into the scene. I always enjoy your landscape compositions.

Awesome scene indeed. I like your COmp, POV and DOF that shows detail and clarity throughout the scene. The contrasting colours and dramatic landscape are excellent.

Hello Barry!
Very nice panoramic view and natural clours and light. I like also sharpness and DOF in this photo. The rocks and sand make here a very nice composition, perfectly presented by you :)
Greetings from Poland,

Hi Barry

This is a very striking photo, the composition and DOF are perfect, the scenery is interesting. (Is this the same Walkerville where two Australian Olympians got married recently?)

What an amazing landscape, great depth and beautiful colours. A great site to look at this wonderful place. Nice picture.
Best wishes,
