Another capture of one of the many lizards we saw sunbathing on the pathway between Spit bridge and Manly beach. We saw about 20 on this day.

Hi Murray,
well i have seen this creature before and it runs very fast upon seeing human. This is a wonder that it stays good to you.
If not of the too bright light on the neck, this one would be a stunning shot. whatever it is I like this capture with the natural environment intact.

G'day Murray
Decided it was time to join TrekNature as well and have already spotted a few old faces. I love the water dragons - they have so much character and often hard to photograph as you've found out in this one - you got him well with just the pity, as mentioned by others, with an excess of light around his neck.
